HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER WITH TOPGUNSTORE.COM?

TopGunStore.com accepts the following credit cards and other payment options:
- Master Card
- Visa
- Discover
- American Express
- Paypal

WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?

If you place the order online, your credit card is charged at the time you place the order. Our merchant credit card account is automated and it charges your credit card to make sure the card is valid and has credit available for your purchase. We do not actually receive the money into our bank account until 2 to 4 business days after you place the order. Since most orders go out the next business day, we do not actually receive the money for your order until after your order goes out.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT HISTORY?

If you have registered for an account with Top Gun, you may access that information on the "My Account" page. Simply enter your email address and password.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE AFTER I'VE PLACED MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed at TopGunStore.com its details cannot be changed and a cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Most orders ship within 24 hours and removing an order from the shipping process is difficult. If you contact customecare@TopGunStore.com or call 1.888.my.top.gun after your order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate your order related requests such as, cancellations or adjustments and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders placed from Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST are typically processed and shipped within two to three business days. Once an order has been processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND TOP GUN DOESN'T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK?

Any out-of-stock item will be automatically placed on back order, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date as soon as possible (within 2-3 days). You can let us know if you wish to proceed with the order or cancel it.

WHERE CAN I LOOK FOR INFORMATION ON THE ORDER I PLACED?

Your Order Confirmation e-mail details the price of each item, applicable tax, shipping charges and your order number.

WILL I FIND THE SAME SELECTION OF MERCHANDISE ONLINE AS I WOULD IN TOP GUN STORES?

Most products displayed at TopGunStore.com are available in select Top Gun stores while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on this site may not be available at the Top Gun stores. If you have seen an item in a Top Gun store and you can not find it on TopGunStore.com, please contact us at customercare@TopGunStore.com. 

WHAT DOES TOP GUN GUARANTEE?

Top Gun unconditionally guarantees the quality of all merchandise. Should any item from this web site be deemed defective, we will gladly assist you.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM TO A TOP GUN STORE?

Within 15 days, unused merchandise purchased at TopGunStore.com may be returned for an exchange or a store credit at any Top Gun store. You must present the original invoice to exchange or receive a store credit.
