ONLINE PURCHASES RETURN POLICY:
We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase at www.TopGunStore.com, you may:
– Return the item to any Top Gun store for an exact replacement (if available), exchange or store credit. Or.
– Return the item by mail to the address below for a refund. See Returns by Mail for details..
Details and Restrictions on returns:
– Returns must be made within 15 days from the day you received the order.
– Items returned must be in original condition.
– Tags must be attached to the returned items.
– Worn, damaged, altered merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
– A Return Authorization (RA) number must accompany all returns, exchanges, repairs.
– Items returned without an RA number will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
RETURNS BY MAIL:
Returns by mail for refund is only applicable to online purchases made through www.TopGunStore.com. Items purchased at a Top Gun store may not be returned to our online store.
Please e-mail customerservice@topgunstore.com to request your RA number. You must provide the order/invoice number and a reason for the return.
Please be sure to indicate the items you are returning as well as the reason for the return.
Pack the unused merchandise in appropriate packaging. You may use the delivery service of your choice. For your protection we recommend you to insure the package against loss and request delivery confirmation.

We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the credit to appear on your account.
RETURNS IN STORES:
Refunds will not be issued at any Top Gun store. Within 15 days, unused merchandise purchased at TopGunStore.com may be returned for an exchange or a store credit at any Top Gun store. EXCHANGES:
Please e-mail customerservice@topgunstore.com to arrange for an exchange. We will process your return and place an exchange order on hold in your name. Please be sure to indicate the items you are returning as well as the reason for the exchange. Pack the unused merchandise in appropriate packaging and include the completed Return Form. You may use the delivery service of your choice. For your protection we recommend you to insure the package against loss and request delivery confirmation. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping fees when exchanging the product.
