Return Eligibility
- Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached.
- Worn, damaged, or altered merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Request an RA number by emailing *customerservice@topgunstore.com* with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack the unused merchandise securely in the original packaging and include the RA number inside.
3. Ship the package using a delivery service of your choice. Ensure to:
- Insure the package against loss.
- Request delivery confirmation.

Processing & Refunds
- Once we receive your package, we will process the return and issue a refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
International Returns
- Ship returns to the same address as listed above.
- Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
