Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at TopGunStore.com! We hope you enjoy your purchase as we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please refer to the return details below. 

RETURNS OVERVIEW:

Returns must be made within 15 days from the receipt of the order.

Items returned must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Worn, damaged or altered merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.

To facilitate your return, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Items returned without an RA number will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

RETURNS BY MAIL

For online purchases, mail returns are available through the following process:

1. Request your RA number:

• Email customerservice@topgunstore.com with your order number and the reason for return.
• Pack the unused merchandise in the appropriate packaging along with the RA#. 

2. Shipping:

• You may use the delivery service of your choice. For your protection, we recommend you to insure the package against loss and request delivery confirmation

3. Processing: 

• Once we receive your package, we'll process the return, submit a refund and notify you via email.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.

 

RETURNS IN STORES:

• Merchandise may be returned to any Top Gun store within 15 days, for a replacement (if available), exchange or store credit.
• Original invoice must be present.
• Please note that refunds are not processed at any Top Gun physical store.

EXCHANGES:

1. Initiate the exchange:

• Email customerservice@topgunstore.com to arrange an exchange.
• Please be sure to indicate the items you are returning and the reason for the exchange. 
• Pack the unused merchandise in appropriate packaging and include the exchange details.

2. Shipping:

• You may use the delivery service of your choice. For your protection, we recommend you to insure the package against loss and request delivery confirmation.

3. Processing:

• Once we receive your package, we will apply the credit from your return to your new order and ship it to you.
• You will then receive an email containing the details of the exchange.
